Service Description
ENROLLMENT STEPS: 1. Pick the program 2. Fill in student information 3. Pay for your program Class Requirements: Parent/Guardian Participation Required A parent or guardian age 18+ must remain on the floor with the child participant for the entire class. Because Olympus is an extreme-sport facility and this program is a special exception for 3-year-olds, the participating adult must also be physically able to assist their child at a basic level when needed. No parkour or ninja experience is required — just the ability to move through the space, climb where necessary, and safely support your child. Two coaches will be on the floor to lead the class and provide support, but the accompanying adult remains responsible for supervising and assisting their child throughout the class. Age Requirement The child participant must be 3 years old on the date of their first class. No exceptions. Waiver Requirement A waiver must be completed for both the adult participant and the child participant before the first class. A separate waiver is required for each participant. *Classes are subject to change. If an instructor reschedules a session, a make-up class will be provided.

Cancellation Policy
CLASS PROGRAMS — CANCELLATION & REFUNDS Registration reserves an athlete's space for the full scheduled Course. Before the Course begins 7 or more days before the first class: Course fees are refundable, less applicable non-refundable payment-processing fees. Less than 7 days before the first class: Course fees are refundable, less a $25 late-cancellation fee and applicable non-refundable payment-processing fees. After the Course begins Once the first scheduled class has taken place, payments already processed are non-refundable under our standard policy, whether or not the athlete attends. If an athlete chooses to withdraw and has a future Course payment scheduled, written notice must be received by Olympus at least 7 days before the next payment date to guarantee that payment will be stopped. Requests received with less notice will be handled as soon as possible, but payments that have already processed are non-refundable under our standard policy. Missed Classes Registration reserves a space in a specific weekly class. Credits, refunds and make-up classes are not guaranteed for participant absences, including illness, travel, vacations or scheduling conflicts. If Olympus cancels a scheduled class, we will provide an appropriate make-up, credit or refund. Exceptional Circumstances Significant injuries, medical circumstances or other exceptional situations may be reviewed individually at Olympus Freerunning's discretion. B.C. consumer cancellation and refund rights apply in addition to this policy.
