What is Parkour?

Parkour is the discipline of moving through your environment using the most efficient and controlled movement possible. At its core, it is the practice of overcoming obstacles using the human body through movements such as running, jumping, climbing, vaulting, swinging, balancing, crawling, and rolling.

Parkour can be practiced recreationally as a fun and engaging way to stay active, or pursued more seriously as a discipline that challenges both the body and mind. It encourages creativity, problem-solving, confidence, coordination, and physical capability in a way that few sports can.

Unlike traditional team sports, Parkour focuses heavily on personal growth and self-expression through movement. Athletes progress at their own pace while learning to push their limits safely and responsibly within a supportive community environment.

Parkour is a visually exciting and highly rewarding sport that teaches resilience, adaptability, body awareness, and confidence that can carry over into everyday life.

What is Olympus Freerunning?

Olympus Freerunning is a dedicated Parkour and Ninja facility designed to help athletes safely learn, train, and develop movement skills in a structured environment.

Our focus is not simply on teaching tricks, but on building strong movement foundations, physical capability, confidence, and body control. Through guided instruction, athletes learn how to move more efficiently, think creatively, and challenge themselves both physically and mentally.

Parkour is an inherently demanding sport, which is why safety, progression, and proper coaching are central to our approach. While Parkour is traditionally practiced outdoors on hard surfaces and real-world obstacles, our facility is designed to provide a safer and more controlled environment for learning and progression using specialized equipment, mats, and padded training areas.

Whether someone is looking to improve athletic ability, gain confidence, stay active, or pursue Parkour at a higher level, Olympus Freerunning provides an environment where athletes of all skill levels can grow, train, and be part of a positive movement community.

First Time at the Gym?

What should I bring?

- Save time and fill out our WAIVER online! (must be 19 years or older to sign)
- Comfortable clothes for running, jumping, climbing, rolling and crawling.
- Clean running shoes (indoor shoes required). Help keep our gym clean! Otherwise, you can also practice barefoot, but is not recommended.
- A water bottle you can refill from our cooler.

 

Do I have to bring a parent/guardian?

- If you’re under 19 years old, you will need an adult to sign a waiver for you. You can do this before your visit by clicking HERE.
- Participants under 10 years old must be accompanied by a parent/guardian during all open gym hours, UNLESS CURRENTLY ENROLLED IN CLASSES.

Return/Refund Policy:

There are NO RETURNS/REFUNDS on membership purchases, gift cards, or partially used passes. However, they can be cancelled at anytime. Under special circumstances at our discretion, the amount can be applied as a credit to your account. We encourage you to attend a drop-in OPEN GYM or ask for an assessment before committing to one of our memberships. To cancel a monthly renewing membership simply send us an email with your request at least 72 hours before your next payment is due.

Clothing can be returned or exchanged if in unused and unwashed condition.

No Refunds on partially used passes.

Gym Credit only at our discretion. Only applicable to gym services and products.
