Olympus classes are registered in fixed 7-week training sessions, paid in two monthly installments. The first payment is charged when registering and the second payment is charged automatically the following month. After the second payment, there are no further charges and the Course ends automatically.The two monthly payments are a payment plan for the complete 7-week Course. They are not a month-to-month membership.Regular pricing is $119/month for one weekly class. One athlete training twice weekly can use code TRAIN2 for the multi-class rate. Two siblings training once weekly each can use code SIBLING for the sibling rate.

No specialized equipment is required. Athletes should wear comfortable athletic clothing and bring a water bottle and clean indoor athletic shoes. Outdoor shoes should not be worn in the training area.

Registration reserves an athlete’s space for the full training Course.Cancellations made 7 or more days before the first class are eligible for a full refund, less applicable non-refundable payment-processing fees. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the first class are eligible for a refund less a $25 late-cancellation fee and applicable non-refundable payment-processing fees.Once a Course has begun, payments already processed are non-refundable under our standard policy. If an athlete chooses to withdraw and has a future Course payment scheduled, Olympus must receive written notice at least 7 days before the next payment date to guarantee that payment will be stopped. Requests received with less notice will be handled as soon as possible, but an upcoming automatic payment may already be too close to processing. Once processed, payments are non-refundable under our standard policy.Significant injuries, medical circumstances or exceptional situations may be reviewed individually.B.C. consumer cancellation and refund rights apply in addition to this policy.

Class changes may be made when space and appropriate class placement allow. Before a session begins, contact Olympus to request a switch to another available class. After classes have started, changes require staff approval and available space.If an Olympus coach believes another class is more appropriate for an athlete, we will help move them whenever possible. Changing classes does not automatically qualify for a refund or reduction in Course price.

Possibly. Late enrollment may be available while space remains. Because Courses use a set payment schedule, families interested in joining after classes have begun should contact Olympus so we can confirm availability and the appropriate registration arrangement.

Make-up classes are not guaranteed for participant absences, including illness, travel, vacations or scheduling conflicts. Registration reserves a place in a specific weekly class for the complete session.If Olympus cancels a scheduled class, we will provide an appropriate solution such as a rescheduled class, credit or refund.

Yes, classes generally run as scheduled on statutory holidays. Olympus typically only closes for the Christmas and New Year holiday period, along with any other closures specifically announced in advance.Any planned closures will be reflected in the Course schedule when you register, so please check your class dates for the exact schedule.

There is no separate registration fee and no required specialized equipment purchase for regular classes.Optional activities and services such as Open Gym, competitions, camps, special events and private training are priced separately when offered.

Olympus skill bands recognize Parkour skills and milestones an athlete has achieved. Skill bands apply to Parkour only and do not apply to Ninja classes.Earning a band does not automatically determine which Parkour class an athlete should attend. New and developing athletes should choose Parkour Foundations. Parkour Intermediate is for experienced athletes with a Level 2 band or higher, or who have been approved for that training environment by an Olympus coach.

Yes. Competition is optional. Athletes interested in pursuing Parkour or Ninja more seriously can speak with their coaches about competition opportunities and additional training as opportunities become available. Athletes do not need to compete to participate in Olympus programs.

No. Junior Parkour + Ninja, Ninja 8–12, Parkour Foundations and Teen Parkour + Ninja all welcome new athletes. Parkour Intermediate requires a level 2 band or higher, or coach approval.
