Open Gym is non-instructed training in the gym for ages 13 and up! It's perfect for new comers to the sport looking for some fun and fitness, or working on skills you've maybe tried in class but want to get better at! Currently free to play!

Housekeeping rules:

INSIDE SHOES REQUIRED - Please bring clean running shoes, and please DO NOT wear those shoes from outside into the gym. Please change into them once inside the gym. Thank you in advance.

Rubber sole shoes are best for Parkour. Avoid full-foam bottom shoes if you can. They have little traction in the gym and will make training harder and less progressive.
