summer intensive
training weeks

Our Summer Intensives are structured 3-day training blocks designed to help athletes stay active, build skills, and improve through the summer.

Each intensive runs Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday and focuses on a specific area of parkour or ninja training.

Athletes register for a full week and are automatically enrolled in all 3 sessions.

Each intensive runs over 3 days (Tuesday–Thursday):

  • July 14–16: Vaulting & Speed

  • July 28–30: Ninja Power & Obstacle

  • August 18–20: Bars & Cats

  • September 1–3: Precisions & Competition Prep

Program Details:

​

  • Ages: 7–12 at 5:30pm and 12+ at 6:55pm

  • Session Length: 75 minutes per day

  • Cost: $98 per week (Summer Pass $299 by request)

Choose your preferred intensive week and register once to secure all three sessions.

Each week is limited in size to maintain quality coaching and a strong training environment.
