7 Week Program
Our Parkour Basics program delves deeper into the foundations of the discipline. These classes review the fundamentals with a detailed focus on body coordination and posture, movement technique, and variations in falling. Students learn these movements all while building strength, confidence, and camaraderie with their peers in an exciting environment.
Examples of learned movements include how to jump and land properly, falling to prevent injury, climbing basics, vaulting introduction, balance training, and more.

Please be aware that by choosing to subscribe to classes and benefit from the savings, you are required to pay for a minimum 4 payments (2 7 Week Sessions). PLEASE BE SURE YOU ARE READY TO COMMIT BEFORE SUBSCRIBING.
Because we have a continually growing waitlist and a class participant cap, we must insist on a no return/no refund policy. Under certain cirmcumstances at our discretion we may offer a gym credit. If you are unsure whether Olympus will be a good fit for you, please send us a message to discuss it.
