GYM DROP INS

SCHEDULE UPDATES:
No OPEN GYMS the weeks of April 15-26

In some cases the gym m
ay be closed if there are no bookings. 

Open Gym is non-instructed training in the gym for ages 8 and up! It's perfect for new comers to the sport looking for some fun and fitness without the pressure or commitment of a class, or for teens and adults looking for a way to stay fit that's actually fun!

We also have a new Body Weight Fitness group for ages 15+. If you'd like to get in on the most affordable group fitness in town. Check it out below!

Housekeeping rules:

INSIDE SHOES REQUIRED - Please bring clean running shoes, and please DO NOT wear those shoes from outside into the gym. Please change into them once inside the gym. Thank you in advance.

Rubber sole shoes are best for Parkour. Avoid full-foam bottom shoes if you can. They have little traction in the gym and will make training harder and less progressive.
